Shipping Costs

  • New Zealand: Free express shipping on orders over $400; $10 for orders under $400.
  • Australia: Free express shipping on orders over $400.

Shipping & Delivery

  • All orders (except pre-orders) are dispatched within one working day.
  • You will receive a tracking number within one business day of dispatch.
  • All packages require a signature upon delivery, so please provide a delivery address where someone is available during the day.
  • Orders cannot be redirected after dispatch.

Delivery Timeframes

  • New Zealand: 1-3 business days.
  • Australia: 4-10 business days.

  • Delivery times are estimates only.
  • HIPI is not responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen packages.
  • Import duties, customs fees, and local taxes are the recipient's responsibility.

Item Availability & Pre-Orders

If an item is out of stock, you will be contacted to arrange a replacement or refund.

Pre-Order Terms:

  • Full payment is required at the time of ordering.
  • Delivery dates are estimates and may change.
  • Standard return policies apply to pre-orders.

Returns & Refund Policy

Online Orders:

  • Returns of unworn items in original condition are accepted within 7 business days of receipt.
  • A $15 admin fee will be deducted from the refund.
  • Shipping costs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
  • Returns should be sent via tracked shipping.
  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receipt and refunded to the original payment method.

Exchange Policy:

  • No exchanges for online orders; return the item for a refund and place a new order.

In-Store Purchases:

  • Exchange or store credit is available within 7 days of purchase (except for sale items).
  • No refunds for in-store purchases.

Sale Items:

  • All sale items are final sale, with no returns or exchanges.

Faulty Items

  • Faulty items can be returned within 14 days of purchase for replacement or refund.
  • Wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing fault.
  • For faulty items, email admin@hipi.co.nz to receive a prepaid return postage label.
